Light stabilizers

Stabilizers for polymers are used singly or in combinations to prevent the oxidation, chain fission, uncontrolled recombinations and cross-linking reactions that are caused by photo-oxidation of polymers. Polymers become weathered by the direct or indirect impact of heat and ultraviolet light. Milestab hindered amine light stabilizers (HALS) are extremely effective in polyolefins and polyurethane.
